A long piece of fabric in different colours! You’ll start to learn to climb but there’s lots we can do from the floor including foot lock sequences and hip locks. You’ll need lots of determination but the rewards are wonderful!

Beginners- Wednesdays 7:15pm

Intermediate- Wednesdays 6pm
