Personal Training
I offer personal training for those that prefer a tailored approach. I can support beginners to intermediate levels of exercise. I’ll support you and go the extra mile to cheer you on! Just like supporting Chris here when he climbed his first Munro! So proud!

Yoga Class (floor)
This class is designed to improve your mobility, flexibility and balance. It is Hatha yoga inspired but I will use other techniques from my qualifications to enhance your journey.
Sundays 730pm

Strength
In strength class, we’ll focus on whole body strength using a variety of equipment including: our own bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells etc.
Building muscle is important as we get older to increase bone density and make everyday life tasks easier. It’s also great for our mental health; strong body strong mind.

Deadly Dozen
Every 6 months, our community has a fitness challenge and this is the group to keep you accountable and work on achieving your goal! On November 22nd, 2025 we take on the Deadly Dozen!

Cardio
Cardio class is a great way to strengthen your heart muscle, improve circulation, manage and/or prevent chronic health conditions and also boost your mood!
We’ll use a variety of equipment including the rower, bike, ski-erg, boxing gloves, slam balls and the sled.
