I started my gym journey about 8 years ago to help get me stronger for circus and I have not looked back! I love the variety and have literally tried most things in the gym such as: powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Hyrox and calisthenics. There’s always a challenge waiting for you!

For me, the gym and exercise is the biggest boost for my mental health and I strongly believe in; strong body, strong mind. This is something I am passionate about and aim to help my clients feel good about themselves and celebrate the small and big wins along their journey.
