Circus Classes

  • Aerial hoop

    Beginners will start working inside the hoop by sitting and building from there.

    Intermediate students will do more complex moves like inverted man on the Moon (photo) , sequences, rolls and dynamic swings.

  • Silks

    Beginners will learn how to climb at first but don’t worry there’s lots to learn on the ground including footlock sequences and hip locks before going any higher.

    Intermediate students will work on more complex sequences requiring more strength, endurance and technique as well as some drops!

  • Hammock

    Hammock is like silks but slightly easier in that you have a loop of fabric to sit or stand in to rest. This is what beginners will start with.

    Intermediate hammock will include more complex sequences involving dropping and climbing.

  • Aerial yoga

    The only aerial yoga in Perth! We use the hammock to support and challenge us in different yoga asanas and flows. This class will improve your mobility and strength. Plus, there’s nothing better than relaxation in a hammock!

  • Circus Fitness

    Circus fitness class is a circuits class designed to get specifically stronger for aerial circus. The class can include things like: climbing on a rope, hanging upside down off your knees, pull ups and handstands. The class is suitable for beginners to intermediate students.
