Aerial Hoop classes!
Come and learn to fly in the hoop! Beginners will start sitting in the hoop which can be lowered or made higher for you to get on. There are also different sizes of hoop depending on your height. Once you get your feet off the floor, there’s no going back!
Beginner hoop- Thursdays 6pm or 7pm (3 sessions to try it first rather than the usual 6 week block)
Intermediate hoop- Sundays 515pm
Starts: Thursday 13th November and Sunday 23rd November 2025
6 weeks runs up until Thursday 18th December and Sunday 21st December.
