Just like silks but the fabric is looped at the bottom which makes it a little easier as you can sit or stand in it for a rest!
Beginners will start sitting or standing and then transitioning from there. I love the hammock as there’s so much fabric to make awesome shapes with and open out!
This can progress to climbing, dropping and swinging!
Intermediate- Mondays 6pm
Beginners- Mondays 7pm
Starts: Monday 10th Aug for 6 weeks
