Every 6 months, I set us a fitness challenge! Our next one is the Spartan obstacle race on Sunday 7th June! We have a group doing 5k and a group doing 10k.
This class will focus on both running and the obstacles. The obstacles will include things like: monkey bars and rings, hercules hoist, rope climbing, carrying various weights, wire crawl, rock climbing, hurdles and many more!
This class will work on this challenge and give you the accountability and motivation!
