Every 6 months, I set us a fitness challenge! Our next one is the Deadly Dozen on Saturday 22nd November.

It involves 12 gym stations like: squats, farmer’s carry, burpee broad jumps etc with 400m runs inbetween. The weights and distances can all be adapted to suit all abilities to challenge themselves.

This class will work on this challenge and give you the accountability and motivation!
