Only aerial yoga in Perth!
We’ll use the hammock both to support and challenge us in our yoga asanas and flows. Plus, there’s nothing better than relaxation in the hammock!
Beginners- Tuesdays 11:30am- starts Tuesday 17th Feb (1st class free then book a 3 week block)
Intermediate- Sundays 11:15am- starts Sunday 22nd Feb until 29th March
*No class on Sunday 1st, making it a 5 week block
