Only aerial yoga in Perth!
We’ll use the hammock both to support and challenge us in our yoga asanas and flows. Plus, there’s nothing better than relaxation in the hammock!
Beginners- Tuesdays 11:30am- starts Tuesday 31st March (3 weeks for £36)
Intermediate- Sundays 11:15am- starts Sun 5th April (block of 6 sessions)
*No class Tues 14th April or Sun 19th April
